Information we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide. This includes your name, email address, business or company name, requested service, and project message. You may also choose to provide an estimated budget and desired timeline. The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and an IP-based rate limit to protect the website from automated abuse.
If you opt in to analytics, Google Analytics 4 may collect information about how you use the website, including pages viewed, approximate interaction patterns, referral source, device and browser information, and general location derived from IP address. We measure page views, calls to action, package and service views, portfolio-link clicks, language-selector interaction, and successful form submission events. We do not send the contents of form fields to Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss a possible project, prepare a proposal or scope when requested, provide agreed services, maintain reasonable business records, and protect the website from misuse. We use optional analytics to understand which pages and journeys are useful, improve the website, and assess non-identifying performance trends.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for optional analytics and similar technologies. We may process inquiry information because you asked us to take steps related to a potential service relationship, to meet legal obligations where applicable, or for legitimate business interests such as operating and securing the website, provided those interests do not override your rights.

How we share information
We do not sell inquiry information. We may share information with service providers that help us host and operate the website, deliver email, provide analytics after consent, protect the website, or support an agreed project. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their service or as otherwise permitted by law.
The current website uses GoDaddy-managed WordPress hosting and, after analytics consent, Google Analytics 4. We may later add advertising, newsletter or email-marketing, CRM, booking, payment, social-embed, chat, heatmap, or remarketing services. Before a new optional technology is activated, we will provide any required notice, consent controls, and policy updates.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. When we use providers that transfer personal information internationally, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We periodically review inactive inquiry records and aim to delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to the settings selected in the Harpya Google Analytics property.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. Children
This website and Harpya services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
